Tarn Goelling

Tarn Goelling is the Director of Civic and Community Engagement for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. An Inside Journeyman Wireman, she began her career with the IBEW as an apprentice at Local 26, in Washington, DC. She is committed to strengthening the Brotherhood through engaging membership and by supporting local unions’ efforts to increase diversity and full inclusion across all branches of electrical workers. Her work is informed by her experience as a member first, and as an activist for workers and human rights. She believes in the power of collective action, through community works, political and legislative actions and strengthening the bonds of sisterhood and brotherhood throughout the IBEW.
